How PowerPoint to PDF works
The text from each slide (title and content lines) is extracted and placed on its own PDF page, with the first text as the title and the rest as a list.
This is a text-only conversion: the design, images, backgrounds, animations, and exact element positioning from the original slide are not preserved.
It's useful when you need to share a presentation's content with someone who doesn't have PowerPoint, print a talk's script in a readable format, or run the text through a PDF text search to find something quickly. If you need to keep the full visual design, export the PDF directly from PowerPoint (File → Export → PDF) instead of using this tool.
Worked example
A 5-slide presentation named 'meeting.pptx' produces a 5-page PDF, each page showing the title and text bullets of its matching slide. If a slide has only an image with no text, its PDF page will be blank.
